Happy Memorial Day

Took a trip home over Memorial Day Weekend to work on mom’s house. We got a lot done this time around and are really happy with the results!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Henry!!

Well, my little man turned 3 on Wednesday and we had his party last night. It was a lot of fun. He got some really great stuff and hopefully it keeps him busy for a while. Happy Birthday Sweet Pea.

 HOORAY!!

The bathroom is FINISHED!! Put on the final touches tonight and our first shower in it will be tomorrow night…just as my mom rolls into town. 🙂 It’s been a long process and we’re thrilled it’s finally over and we have a beautiful master bathroom. Woot!!

Happy Easter / Bathroom Update

Well our Easter was awesome.  Spent all day grouting the tile!! Actually we’re both just happy that we’re making good progress – if it all goes to plan we’ll be done this coming Friday…and Holly gets in on Saturday night!! HA! Yeah, by the skin of our teeth. It’s good to have a deadline though because there were times today we were just like “Screw this…oh wait, we can’t.” So…it’s getting done…and soon we’re going to have a gorgeous freaking bathroom – one that belongs in a mansion!!

Long Day

Tommy worked on the bathroom almost all day yesterday and then around 4pm we went to a neighbors birthday party. Henry’s just now getting over a really rough cold he’s had for the last week so his voice is hoarse and it sounds super cute when he tries to cry. T and H both got in the pool and exhausted themselves so when we got home last night Henry’s witching hour was about 1/4 of the time it usually is. He snuggled up next to me and fell asleep. I LOVE it when he does this as it’s starting to happen less often as he gets older. It’s one of the best things ever.
